By contrast to the present from the US embassy to opposition leader Sam Rainsy, what would we offer as a present to Hun Xen who is already so rich and powerful, maybe an escape plan from Cambodia could be useful to him on the day he no longer feels safe in his fortress in Tuol Krasaing, what do you all think?
